Five tenets

The principles that govern how the system is designed and how the work is sequenced.

I.

Modern work is psychologically unstable by default.

Cycles compress. Roles dissolve. The safest-feeling jobs evaporate first. Stability is no longer something you find — it is something you build inside yourself.

II.

AI disruption is an identity event, not just a tooling event.

When the work changes, the self that did the work has to change too. The professionals who suffer most are not the least skilled — they are the most attached to who they were.

III.

Resilience must be systemic.

A strong mind in a depleted body fails. A clear mind without runway makes desperate moves. A great career without community is brittle. The pillars are not options — they are dependencies.

IV.

Adaptability is the compounding skill.

Every other skill has a half-life. The capacity to learn the next thing, calmly and quickly, is the only durable edge in an environment that rewrites itself.

V.

High agency is a practice, not a personality.

Agency comes from a working body, a clear head, money in the bank, and people who tell you the truth. Build those, and agency follows.
